High volume: On Tier 3000, orders above 3,000 in a billing period are billed in blocks of 3,000 at $100 per block (in arrears on your monthly invoice). Example: 6,000 orders: $179 base + $100 overage (1 block).
Trial: 14-day free trial on signup. No forever-free plan. No credit card required to create your account; add a payment method in the app before your trial ends to continue service.
Plan changes: If your order count exceeds your current tier limit during a billing period, your plan auto-upgrades to the next tier (prorated). Downgrades take effect next period when eligible.
Multi-client operators: Order-based pricing, not per-seat. Each client account carries its own subscription. You switch between them from the header on one login.
Amazon sellers: Amazon marketplace features require an active Amazon Seller account. Amazon charges a separate $39.99/mo Professional selling plan, not included in Flywheel pricing.
