Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Who we are

Flywheel by Sellistix (the "Service") is operated by Sellistix LLC, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States ("Sellistix," "we," "us," or "our"). For the personal data we process about you, Sellistix LLC acts as the data controller. For the marketplace and business data you connect, we generally act as a processor on your behalf. You can reach us about privacy at support@sellistix.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, billing contact, and authentication details.
  • Marketplace connection metadata — authorizations and identifiers for the Amazon US and Walmart US seller accounts you connect.
  • Business & financial data — product, order, settlement, returns, and inventory data we process to provide the Service.
  • Subscription & billing data — order counts, plan tier, and payment status (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
  • Usage & device data — consent-gated analytics about how you use the website and product, including cookie or similar identifiers.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • Reconcile settlements, returns, and operational COGS you ask us to process;
  • Process subscriptions, billing, and order-based usage;
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages;
  • Communicate about products, features, and updates (you can opt out of non-essential messages);
  • Measure website and product performance, with your consent.

5. Information sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us operate the Service, each under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and limited to the data needed for their purpose. Our current sub-processors:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice where required).

6. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where required, such transfers are made using appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and meet the retention periods described in our Terms of Service. In summary:

  • While subscribed: rolling retention — generally up to 36 months for core marketplace financial records and report files; 90 days for temporary processing data and in-product activity logs.
  • After subscription ends: a 30-day grace period during which you may export data; credentials disconnected around day 31; permanent deletion of marketplace data approximately 61 days after entitlement ends, subject to legal or billing exceptions.
  • Billing & account records: subscription, invoice, and payment metadata may be kept longer (up to approximately seven years) in our platform systems and with our payment processor for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to limit certain uses. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@sellistix.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. If we process data on behalf of a business customer, we will refer your request to that customer where appropriate.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the website and, with your consent, Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar technologies on your device; we only load it after you consent to analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including per-tenant row-level security on financial data, encryption of marketplace credentials, and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards. See our Security & Trust page for more.

11. Breach notification

If we become aware of a personal-data breach that affects you, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities without undue delay and consistent with applicable law, and we will describe the nature of the incident and the steps we are taking in response.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
